One clear photo per room being cleaned, taken from a corner of the room. Kitchen, bathroom, and each bedroom at minimum. If you ticked add-ons like oven or fridge, add a close-up of each. This locks your fixed price.

How this protects you and us. If the property matches your photos on arrival, the price you have seen is the price you pay. If it differs significantly, we will quote the extra time before we start. No surprises, no disputes.
