We offer per-property fixed pricing for managed portfolios of three or more properties. Get in touch with your typical volume and we will agree a rate.
Can you work to our inventory and checkout standard?
Yes. We clean to the inventory the property is marked against, the same document your checkout clerk uses.
How fast can you turn a property around?
We schedule around your checkout dates and work weekdays 9 to 5. Book the slot when you know the tenant move-out date and we will keep the void short.
Do you invoice per property?
Yes. Each turnover is invoiced individually, or consolidated to suit your accounts. We set it up however works for you.
What if the checkout flags something?
Every job carries a 48-hour re-clean guarantee. If your clerk or the incoming tenant flags anything within 48 hours, we come back and put it right free.
