Access, handover and repeat properties
Oven interiors are an extra for landlord bookings: £55 for a single oven or £70 for a range or large oven. The standard landlord price does not include oven interior cleaning.
Send the address, property size, checkout date and access instructions. Tell us about keys, parking and concierge arrangements. We provide cleaning photos and an itemised receipt. Report cleaning issues within 48 hours for a re-clean within the agreed scope.

Portfolio pricing
Portfolio rates for three or more properties.
For managed portfolios of three or more properties we agree per-property fixed pricing up front. That gives you a consistent number you can pass on or absorb, and one point of contact rather than a fresh quote every time. HMO changeovers included: shared kitchens and multiple bathrooms are priced into the rate, not argued about afterwards.
Tell us your typical volume and the areas you cover and we will put a rate together. No tie-in, no minimum term.

Send us the address, the property size, the access details and the checkout date. We confirm the slot, clean to the inventory standard, and invoice per your terms. Every job carries the 48-hour re-clean guarantee, so if your clerk or the incoming tenant reports a cleaning issue within the agreed scope within 48 hours, we come back and fix it free.

Do you offer a landlord or agent discount?
We offer per-property fixed pricing for managed portfolios of three or more properties. Get in touch with your typical volume and we will agree a rate.
Can you work to our inventory and checkout standard?
Yes. We clean to the inventory the property is marked against, the same document your checkout clerk uses.
How fast can you turn a property around?
We arrange the clean around your checkout date and confirm the arrival time when you book. Call Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, or Saturday, 11am to 3pm to arrange a weekday booking. We do not take same-day bookings on Saturdays.
Do you invoice per property?
Yes. Each turnover is invoiced individually, or consolidated to suit your accounts. We set it up however works for you.
What if the checkout flags something?
Every job carries a 48-hour re-clean guarantee. If your clerk or the incoming tenant flags a cleaning issue within the agreed scope within 48 hours, we come back and put it right free.
How many properties do you cover?
