With analytics consent, we also keep the first page path and a broad source category in this browser session for up to 24 hours and include them with your enquiry. We do not store full referrer URLs or query strings for this record. A random enquiry reference helps us match successful enquiries with bookings; contact details and photos are not sent as analytics event parameters.

We also collect anonymous analytics data (page views, browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics 4, only after you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner. We do not collect or store payment card details on this site.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: respond to quote requests, deliver the cleaning service you book, send booking confirmations and follow-ups, and improve our website. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site. Under UK GDPR these act as our data processors:

Web3Forms (Web3Forms LLC) receives form submissions from our quote wizard. When you complete a quote request, the details you enter (name, email, phone, postcode, notes) and any photos you upload are sent to Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email.
