Book the whole home or tell us which rooms need particular attention. We quote for the work in a flat or house of any size.

Kitchens, bathrooms and the details that make a difference.
We agree a room-by-room scope before booking. In the kitchen, that can include accessible worktops, cupboard fronts, empty cupboard interiors, the sink, taps and appliance exteriors. In bathrooms, we focus on the bath or shower, toilet, basin, taps, tiles and accessible limescale. Across the agreed rooms, we cover the accessible surfaces, skirtings, internal windows, vacuuming and hard floors.
An occupied home can be deep cleaned too. Tell us what furniture and belongings will remain, empty any cupboards you want cleaned inside and clear access to the surfaces that matter to you. We plan the work around the actual property.
Appliance interiors are optional extras: a single oven starts from £55, a standard fridge/freezer from £25, and a large fridge/freezer from £35. Tell us the appliance sizes so they appear correctly in your quote. Carpet cleaning can be arranged through an independent specialist partner.
If the property needs cleaning after building work, has waste to remove or has specialist concerns such as mould, include photographs and details in your enquiry. We assess that work separately so the quote covers the right service.

Occupied-home deep cleans are individually quoted. For an empty rental handover or an empty home before moving in, our published property-size prices start from £155 for a standard studio. Select the service that matches your move and we will confirm the right quote.

Plan your clean
Choose a date, arrange access and leave the cleaning with us.
Tell us your preferred weekday and any deadline when you enquire. We confirm availability and the expected time needed once we know the scope. If you need a clean this week, contact us with the property details so we can check the diary.
You do not need to stay for the clean once access and the work are agreed. We confirm how the team will get in and how the property will be secured afterwards. For a flat, include the floor, lift, parking and any concierge arrangements so arrival is straightforward.
