A two-bedroom clean starts from £229, or £284 including the single oven interior. Cupboard interiors, internal windows, bathrooms, floors and appliance exteriors are included. Fridge/freezer interiors and specialist carpet cleaning can be added to your request.

Yes. Every end of tenancy clean includes our deposit-back guarantee, backed by a free re-clean. If your landlord or agent flags a cleaning issue in the agreed work, report it within 48 hours of the clean and we return to put it right free.
How do I arrange a free re-clean?
Call 0161 570 1020 or email info@manchesterendoftenancycleaning.co.uk within 48 hours of the clean. Send your booking details, the checkout feedback and photographs of the issue. We arrange access and return to address the cleaning within the agreed scope.
What do I receive for the handover?
You receive a timestamped photo record and an itemised receipt. Keep these with your check-in inventory and checkout report so the work and property condition are easy to show.
Does adding the oven change the guarantee?
The guarantee covers the work agreed for your booking, including an oven interior clean if you add it. A single oven interior is £55; the end of tenancy clean includes appliance exteriors. We confirm any specialist carpet partner's scope, price and arrangements separately.
