If a crew has a free slot, normal fixed pricing applies. A late-morning booking can mean moving booked jobs around, and there may be an additional charge when it does. You get the full price before you book.

These are phone hours, not cleaning times. Saturday calls are for arranging weekday bookings; we do not take same-day bookings on Saturdays. We confirm your cleaning date and arrival time when you book.

How late can I book a same-day clean?
For a weekday same-day clean, email by 9am and we will call at 9am. Include your phone number, postcode, property size and checkout deadline. Before 9am, enquiries are email only. From 9am to noon, call to check availability. After noon, we will discuss the next available cleaning date.
Can I book a same-day clean on Saturday?
No. We do not take same-day bookings on Saturdays. You can call on Saturday from 11am to 3pm to arrange a weekday booking. These are phone hours, not a four-hour cleaning window.
How long does a same-day clean take?
A studio or one-bedroom flat typically takes 3 to 4 hours on site. A two- or three-bedroom property in standard condition usually takes 5 to 7 hours. Extras and heavy dirt can take a three-bedroom clean to 7 to 9 hours or longer. These are times from arrival to finishing, not hours added together across cleaners. We confirm the estimate for your property and team when you book.
