One-Off Deep Cleaning in Manchester: What's Included and How to Get a Quote

Last updated

Quick answer: We offer one-off deep cleaning for Manchester flats and houses, including homes you still live in. We agree the rooms, accessible surfaces, kitchen and bathroom work, and any extras before booking. Products and equipment are included. Deep cleans are individually quoted around the actual work, with oven and fridge/freezer interiors available as extras.

Finding a spare day for cupboard interiors, bathroom limescale and kitchen grease can be difficult. A one-off appointment lets you hand over the work that needs more time.

Is a deep clean the right service for my home?

Start with what you're trying to get done:

Your situation Service to ask for
You're staying in your home and want a thorough clean of agreed rooms One-off deep cleaning
You're handing an empty rental back to the landlord or agent End of tenancy cleaning
You've got the keys to an empty home and want it cleaned before unpacking Move-in cleaning
Renovation work has left plaster dust, paint residue or waste Describe the work for a separate assessment

If you're moving, see end of tenancy cleaning or move-in cleaning. Our focus is substantial one-off appointments for flats and houses of different sizes. For help planning a new home, read our moving-in cleaning and booking guide.

What should a one-off deep clean include?

We agree the tasks before booking, so the quote describes the work you're paying for.

Kitchen

Tell us about worktops, the hob, sink, cupboard fronts and floors. If you want cupboard and drawer interiors cleaned, include them in the request and empty them before the appointment. Mention grease build-up and appliance interiors rather than assuming they are included under “kitchen cleaning”.

Bathrooms

List the number of bathrooms, shower rooms and separate toilets. Point out areas needing extra attention, such as shower screens, taps or tiles. A main bathroom and an en-suite both need time, even in a two-bedroom flat.

Bedrooms and living spaces

Tell us which rooms to include and whether they contain furniture. We can agree accessible surfaces, skirting boards, doors, floors and other detail work. If a bedroom is used as an office, include it in the room count and explain the setup.

“Two bathrooms, kitchen including four empty cupboards, and floors throughout” tells us much more than “a really deep clean”.

How much does a one-off deep clean cost in Manchester?

We quote each deep clean individually. The main factors are:

  • The rooms and bathrooms you want cleaned.
  • Current condition and any areas needing extra time.
  • Furniture, belongings and access to surfaces.
  • Appliance interiors or other extras.
  • Property access and parking.

Our published £155 studio starting price is for an empty-property end of tenancy clean. For an occupied-home deep clean, send us the details above and we'll confirm your scope and total before booking.

You can request a quote without photographs. Photos of the kitchen, bathrooms and priority areas can help explain the job.

Can I include the oven, fridge and carpets?

Yes. Tell us which extras you want so we can include the right appliance sizes in your quote:

Optional extra Starting price
Single oven interior clean £55
Range or large oven interior clean £70
Standard fridge/freezer interior clean £25
Large or American fridge/freezer interior clean £35
Carpet cleaning through an independent specialist partner £35 per room

These are extras to the agreed deep clean. The independent carpet specialist confirms their own scope, price and availability. Mention carpet cleaning at the start if you'd like help arranging the work around the same visit.

Adding appliance work can save you another cleaning task later. Empty the fridge if you've booked its interior, and arrange freezer defrosting in advance where needed. Tell us about integrated or unusually large appliances.

How do I prepare an occupied home for a deep clean?

Clear the surfaces you want cleaned. Put paperwork, clothing and loose belongings away, and empty any cupboards included in the quote. This makes those areas accessible when the team arrives.

Tell us about furniture that blocks an area you want included. Don't assume heavy furniture or appliances can be moved as part of the clean. We can discuss access before the appointment.

Let us know about pets, delicate finishes and anything that needs particular care. We bring the products and equipment for the agreed work, so you don't need to shop for a cleaning kit.

What makes a deep-cleaning quote worth paying for?

A useful quote names the work and extras, confirms the total, and explains what you need to prepare. Compare those details alongside customer feedback and photographs of completed work.

FAQ

Can I book a deep clean without starting weekly cleaning? Yes. This is a one-off service. Tell us what needs doing and your preferred date, and we'll confirm an appointment for that work.

Do I need a large house to book? No. We quote for flats and houses. The rooms, condition and cleaning needed determine the job, rather than a requirement to have a large property.

How long will the clean take, and do I need to stay? We discuss timing after reviewing the scope. Tell us if you'll be working from home or need to leave. We'll confirm access and which rooms need to be available so the appointment fits your day.

Can you fit me in this week? Send your postcode, property details and preferred date so we can check availability. Phone hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturday, 11am to 3pm. Saturday calls are for arranging weekday bookings.

We connect customers with vetted Manchester specialist partners for that work. See our specialist cleaning page for what's covered and how the introduction works.
